11. KYC / AML Compliance
In order to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) regulations, Lythera may require users to complete identity verification procedures (KYC) and provide additional information regarding the source of funds prior to processing any withdrawal requests.
Withdrawals will not be processed until the required verification has been successfully completed and approved by Lythera.
Lythera reserves the right to request any supporting documentation it deems necessary to verify the identity of the user and the legitimacy of deposited funds, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of source of funds.
Failure to complete or pass the required KYC/AML verification may result in suspension, delay, or denial of withdrawal requests.
Lythera further reserves the right to reject transactions, freeze accounts, or report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
